Methodology

How we review crypto casinos

Every casino fact on this site comes from one fixed August 2026 review file covering 16 brands. This page explains what that means in practice.

One dated evidence boundary

Our review file was assembled through direct inspection of each operator's own website: legal pages, cashiers, VIP programme pages, promotion rules, help centers and fairness documentation. The file is fixed: facts on this site describe what those pages showed at capture time, not a live feed. When an operator changes something tomorrow, our page still describes August 2026 until we re-review.

Why there are no scores or rankings

A decimal score out of ten or a "#1" badge needs a published formula, weights and a way to handle missing data. We do not have an owner-approved scoring formula, so we publish none. Ranking casinos without one would be invented precision, and inventing precision is exactly what this site exists to avoid. The directory is alphabetical; the comparison tool sorts by name or launch year only.

How counts keep their scope

  • Observed counts carry their surface: a lobby counter, a fully expanded category directory, a signed-in cashier view. Each is quoted with its scope.
  • Marketing claims ("more than X games") stay labelled as claims and are never merged into counted totals.
  • Overlapping categories (game shows inside live casino, for example) are never added together to inflate a total.
  • Signed-in versus public data stays separate. A public asset list and an account cashier directory describe different scopes.

Conflicts and missing information

Where an operator's own material contradicts itself (two welcome-offer versions, two house-edge figures for the same game), we report both statements instead of silently choosing the convenient one. Where information simply is not public, the page says "not published" or "not captured". Those labels are findings, not failures.

Licence wording

Licence lines summarise the operator's own legal pages as recorded in the review file. They are claims by the operator about itself. We note when a regulator register was checked independently and when it was not, and we never infer legality from a site being accessible.

Affiliate links

Some outbound casino links are affiliate links. Commissions never change what we report: gaps and conflicts appear in reviews of brands we earn from, exactly as they do for everyone else. See the affiliate disclosure.
